Despite the miserable weather, the Walled Garden looked beautiful today, the plants and trees refreshed by the recent rain. As we snuggled down in Sonia's woolly blankets with a hot cuppa from the cafe, the creative juices soon started to flow. Today we looked at the structure of stories including the three-act structure. We considered the elements that should be included in Act 1 and worked on the openings of the stories we had chosen from last week's exercise in generating
