Ted founded Billboard TV in 2017 as a monthly magazine programme showcasing arts and entertainment in East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. The programme features reviews of the latest books, music, film, and theatre showcasing the talent of local authors, musicians actor, artists and other creatives.
